VPAAL Refund Policy
At VPAAL, we are committed to providing high-quality pharmaceutical products to our customers. To ensure the integrity of our products and maintain compliance with industry regulations, we have established the following refund policy:
Inspection Upon Receipt
All shipments must be inspected upon receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully examine all materials immediately upon delivery. Any discrepancies, including shortages, damages, or defects, must be reported to VPAAL within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
Refunds or returns may be considered under the following conditions:
The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
The wrong item was shipped.
The product is recalled by the manufacturer or regulatory authorities.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used products.
Products not stored according to required conditions.
Products past their expiration date.
Special order or custom items.
Return Process
Notify VPAAL’s customer service at sales@vpaal.com within 48 hours of receipt.
Provide the order details, reason for the return, and supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damaged goods).
Await return authorization and instructions from VPAAL.
Upon approval, return the product in its original packaging.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed as a credit to the original payment method or as an account credit, as determined by VPAAL. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.
VPAAL reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
